Shipping policy

Do you ship worldwide?

No, we currently ship to USA & Mexico only. 

How long does shipping and processing take?

Processing time: 24 hours after your order is placed. Please note we do not process or ship orders on Sundays.

Delivery time: 3 to 5 business days.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking link. If you do not receive this notification, do not worry. Reach out to us at trytaherdotcom@gmail.com and we will take care of it.

Unexpected Delays

In some cases, delivery may take longer than the estimated timeframe. Most delays are caused by international customs clearance, which is outside of our control. If your package is taking longer than expected, contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.

Delivered but Not Received

We are not responsible for orders marked as delivered by the courier to the correct shipping address provided at checkout. If your order shows as delivered but has not been received, please contact your local courier to report a lost or stolen package. Then reach out to us at trytaherdotcom@gmail.com with the courier's verification and we will arrange a reimbursement or replacement shipment.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If an order is shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer at checkout, any reshipping fees that arise will be the responsibility of the customer. If the customer declines to cover the reshipping fee, we will be unable to issue a refund or replacement, as undelivered packages are typically destroyed by the courier.

Non-Delivery Due to Customer Unavailability

If delivery cannot be completed because the courier is unable to reach the customer or access the delivery address, any reshipping fees required to resend the package will be the responsibility of the customer.
